Robin has extensive experience in growth company operations and funding. He began his career founding a financial publishing company and, after selling the business, he joined Citigroup to run an equity research division.
Robin went on to work in hedge funds and private equity, running a fund of funds portfolio and latterly advising corporate finance transactions focusing on impact investments in emerging markets.
Robin is passionate about businesses and projects that change the world for the better. He has three sons, is a keen skier, chess and golf player.
Peter Bartlett

Peter has over 30 years' experience in emerging markets fixed income and investment banking with banks such as Lloyds International, Continental Illinois, Morgan Grenfell, Banque Indosuez, BNP Paribas and Renaissance Capital.
In 1999 Peter founded Exotix Limited, serving as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. Between 1999 and 2015 he built Exotix into the leading emerging and frontier markets specialist investment bank. Peter left Exotix in 2015 and has been serving on the Boards of Directors of Terra Capital Plc, a UK-listed close-end frontier markets fund and TLG Africa, an African private equity investment manager. Peter holds a BA in History from St Hilds and St Bede College, Durham University.
